Your session fee secures a maternity, newborn, or family session at my Hatfield studio (AL10), where every detail is designed with care. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and artistry that go into creating timeless images for your family.
Please note, the fee is non-refundable and does not include products or digital files.
Around 1–2 weeks after your session, you’ll return for a personalised viewing and ordering appointment, where you’ll select from a curated collection of exquisite products, luxurious albums, fine art prints, handcrafted frames, and digital collections. All chosen to celebrate your memories in the most beautiful way.

To start with, have a good look around, and make sure you like what you see. If you think we are a good fit please simply fill out the contact form or email me directly at hello@meganfosterphotography.co.uk and I will be in touch within 48 hours to chat about all of the details involved in reserving your session.
We will find a date that works for us both then a signed contract and a session fee are required to get you scheduled in and your date secured.
A few weeks prior to your shoot, You will receive a detailed guide with information on what to bring for your session and lots of handy tips on what to wear.
Shoot day… Enjoy your photography session in my beautiful, natural light studio in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
One to two weeks after your session, you will be invited back to the studio for a viewing appointment where you can select your favourites and choose a package that’s perfect for you, your home and your budget. Together we work to find the perfect images for your home. Whether you choose digital files, something for your walls or an album, I’m here to help you.
My aim is for you to walk away from your session not only completely in love with the images we have made together but also with beautiful, heirloom products. Any digital files you choose will be carefully retouched and delivered to you on a USB stick in 2-3 weeks
Physical prints, albums, and framed artwork will be professionally made and ready in 6 weeks.
